InstagramDANCE FLOOR: What size dance floor do I need?
There are a few things that you’ll need to determine in order to get the proper dance floor size for your event.
- Approximately 30%-50% of the total number of guests will be on the dance floor at any given time. Adjust this as needed depending on the type of event and the expected crowd. You know your guests the best!
- An important factor is determining how much space you have for a dance floor. Whether your event is indoors or outdoors, you will need to take precise measurements. If space is not an issue, the chart below can be used as a helpful guide.
- If your event is outdoors, a subfloor may be needed. This can be determined by our event professionals upon a site visit prior to your event.
- Our Black & White Dance Floor option is assembled in 4’ sections. Our Faux Wooden Dance Floor is assembled in 1’ or 3’ sections.
