The Plan: Special Event Services designed and created all layouts for the show with functionality in mind. We researched and selected the optimum equipment that would meet show standards of the client and SES. This process was approached with the consideration of look, weight, size, difficulty of set up, operation, breakdown and truck pack. We additionally created all routing and travel plans based on the production budget.
The Result: We completed 5 large scale events in 5 weeks with an estimated 15,000 potential customers attending. The client was extremely pleased with the presentation and the seamless continuity that we provided from event to event and asked us to be part of their future endeavors.
